Terms and Conditions

Please read before ordering!

01. As the creator of the artwork, I have the right to use and post it on the platforms I choose.02. You may only use your artwork when payment is complete.03. As the owner of the copyrighted artwork, you have the right to use and post it on the platforms of your choosing, on these conditions:
(1) You do not edit the art piece without permission
(2) You do not claim the art piece as your own work
(3) The artwork must have my signature visible
(4) Explicit credit must be given to me04. Payment is accepted through Paypal, Ko-fi or GCash. Once the sketch/work-in-progress piece is sent and approved, full payment must be given.05. Price and time taken to finish commissions will vary depending on complexity and external factors. You may ask me for updates, but do know I may take a while because I have a life to attend to, so please be patient.06. You may not back out of an arrangement if I have already begun work on your art piece.07. Additional characters in one art piece are each +50% of the original price.08. The price will go up with the complexity of the requested design.09. Delays in completion will be due to mental illness and other personal problems. Bear with me, I will do my best to finish your order.10. I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission.11. Any edits to an art piece must be approved by me, such as coloring in an uncolored drawing or adding a background to a transparent image. Cropping a piece for icons or avatars is okay as long as I am credited.12. I am to be credited as either zoocyte on Toyhou.se or @zoologician on Twitter.
